Pearl St., hears families joke that yoga is their church – which isn’t so far-fetched considering the intricate rituals surrounding yoga. Unrolling the mat, chanting, breathing, and, sometimes lighting incense are reminiscent of church and synagogue rituals. For young families, Lindemann proposes Mudra’s Baby and Me class; adolescents and teens can join parents at a Fundamentals class. Information: mudrayogastudio.com; 720-341-2233.
